Clinical management is our core strength, connecting beauty and wellness through thoughtful, personalized care.

Our team’s backgrounds span hospital, outpatient, and home-based nursing. We bring that experience to the way we listen, assess, explain options, and oversee care. Expertise and personal attention belong together.

Infusion care was our starting point. As IVY grew to include hormone health, metabolic care, and medical aesthetics, that clinical foundation remained. Today, it informs our emphasis on protocolized care: clinician-guided plans with follow-up, monitoring, and thoughtful adjustments.

Sasha Beatty

I founded IVY Infusions & Med Spa to bring clinical experience, wellness, and aesthetics into a more personal setting. I wanted to create a place where you can ask questions, understand your options, and build a relationship with your care team.

My background includes cardiac telemetry, labor and delivery, and outpatient pain management. My nursing education and study of family practice at Pace University helped shape how I approach care: by listening, explaining, and considering the whole person. At IVY, I want you to understand the conversation and have room to inform your care.

As founder and CEO, I bring that point of view to the practice’s direction and day-to-day care. My focus is on helping you understand your options and making IVY a place where you can build a relationship with your team.

Precious Miller

BSN, RN

Precious brings extensive healthcare experience to her work at IVY. As chief operating officer, she connects the details behind the scenes with the experience people have in the practice—bringing calm, compassion, and a hands-on approach to her leadership.

Precious holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her background spans surgical services, women’s health, mother-and-baby care, mental health, cardiac and progressive care, home care, private-duty nursing, and travel nursing.

She helps guide IVY’s operations, standards, and client experience while remaining actively involved in clinical care and collaboration with the team. Her leadership emphasizes a supportive environment for both clients and staff, with attention to comfort, communication, and the everyday details of care.

Outside the practice, she enjoys travel, music, reading, theatre, the arts, and running.
